1. 01앱에서 바로 삭제하기

   Seed 앱을 열고 [설정 > 계정 > 회원 탈퇴]를 선택한 뒤 안내에 따라 확인하세요. 삭제 요청이 접수되면 해당 Seed 계정은 로그아웃되고 계정 및 연결 데이터의 삭제 절차가 즉시 시작됩니다.

2. 02앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우

   Seed 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소에서 eastnoise26@gmail.com으로 제목을 “Seed 계정 삭제 요청”이라고 적어 보내주세요. 계정 소유 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청할 수 있으며 비밀번호, 결제 카드번호, 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.

3. 03삭제되는 데이터

   Seed 인증 계정, 프로필, 식물 이름, 루틴 설정, 인증 메타데이터, 식물 성장 상태, 푸시 토큰, 피드백과 계정에 연결된 임시 인증 원본 및 비공개 Daily Story 영상이 삭제 대상입니다. 삭제 절차는 요청 즉시 시작되며 최대 30일 안에 완료됩니다.

4. 04별도로 보관될 수 있는 정보

   Google Play, Apple App Store 또는 RevenueCat이 법령과 각 서비스 정책에 따라 보관해야 하는 결제 거래 기록은 Seed 계정 삭제와 별도로 유지될 수 있습니다. Seed는 카드번호나 은행 계좌 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

5. 05구독은 별도로 해지하기

   Seed 계정 삭제는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 자동 갱신 구독을 취소하지 않습니다. 계정을 삭제하기 전에 사용 중인 스토어의 구독 관리에서 Seed Plus 자동 갱신도 별도로 해지하세요.

1. 01Delete your account in the app

   Open Seed and choose Settings > Account > Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps. Once accepted, you are signed out and deletion of the Seed account and its linked data begins immediately.

2. 02If you cannot access the app

   Email eastnoise26@gmail.com from the address linked to your Seed account with the subject “Seed account deletion request.” We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify ownership. Never send a password, payment card number, or authentication code.

3. 03Data that is deleted

   Deletion covers your Seed authentication account, profile, plant name, routine settings, check-in metadata, plant growth state, push tokens, feedback, temporary check-in source clips, and private Daily Story videos linked to the account. The process starts when you request it and is completed within 30 days.

4. 04Information that may be retained separately

   Payment transaction records that Google Play, Apple App Store, or RevenueCat must retain under applicable law or their own policies may remain separately from your Seed account. Seed does not store card or bank account details.

5. 05Cancel subscriptions separately

   Deleting your Seed account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription in Google Play or Apple App Store. Before deletion, also cancel Seed Plus from the subscription management page of the store you use.
