1. 01수집하는 정보

   로그인 제공자 정보, Firebase 사용자 식별자, 이메일, 닉네임, 커플 식별자와 연결 시각, 초대 코드 상태를 처리합니다. 비밀번호와 결제 카드 정보는 East Noise가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 02목소리와 이용 기록

   전송한 음성 파일, 재생 길이와 파형 표시 데이터, 전송·재생 시각, 청취 여부, 정원과 꽃의 진행도, 공동 보유 아이템, 알림 설정을 처리합니다. 전송 전 임시 녹음은 기기에만 머물며 날짜가 바뀌거나 사용자가 다시 녹음하면 삭제될 수 있습니다.

3. 03이용 목적

   로그인과 계정 유지, 커플 연결, 목소리 전달과 재생, 정원 성장, 알림, 중복 전송 방지, 보안과 장애 대응, 고객 문의 처리를 위해 사용합니다. 현재 광고 추적이나 개인정보 판매에는 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 04상대방에게 보이는 정보

   연결된 상대방은 닉네임, 목소리 전송 상태와 음성, 함께 쓰는 기록·정원·진행도·아이템을 볼 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 불특정 다수에게 공개되지 않습니다.

5. 05외부 서비스

   인증과 데이터 제공을 위해 Google Firebase의 Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check를 사용할 수 있으며, 로그인에는 Apple 또는 Google 계정이 사용됩니다. 각 사업자는 자신의 방침에 따라 필요한 정보를 처리합니다.

6. 06보관과 커플 연결 해제

   활성 계정과 커플 연결 동안 서비스 데이터를 보관합니다. 연결 해제 시 공유 기록을 즉시 동결하고 30일 동안 보관하며 같은 두 계정끼리만 복구할 수 있습니다. 30일이 지나거나 그 안에 한 명이라도 새 커플 연결을 시작하면 이전 공유 기록은 복구할 수 없도록 처리합니다. 법령상 별도 보관 의무가 있으면 해당 기간만 보관합니다.

7. 07회원 탈퇴와 삭제

   회원 탈퇴는 커플 연결 해제와 별개의 기능입니다. 탈퇴하면 계정과 개인 프로필, 닉네임, 음성, 푸시 토큰 등 개인 데이터를 영구 삭제하고 현재 커플 연결도 종료합니다. 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

8. 08이용자의 권리

   앱 설정에서 프로필을 확인·수정하고 연결 해제 또는 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제와 처리 관련 문의는 고객지원 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.

9. 09보호와 연령

   전송 구간과 저장소 접근을 보호하고 권한을 최소화하며, 비정상 요청 방지 장치를 운영합니다. 서비스는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

10. 10방침 변경과 문의

    서비스나 법령이 바뀌면 시행일과 내용을 갱신하고 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 웹사이트에서 알립니다. 문의: eastnoise26@gmail.com

1. 01Information we process

   We process login provider information, Firebase user ID, email, nickname, couple ID and connection time, and invite-code state. East Noise does not directly collect passwords or payment card details.

2. 02Voices and activity

   We process sent audio, duration and waveform data, send and playback times, listened status, gardens and growth, shared inventory, and notification settings. Unsent drafts remain on the device and may be cleared after the date changes or a re-recording.

3. 03Why we use it

   We use data for authentication, couple connection, audio delivery and playback, garden growth, notifications, duplicate prevention, security, reliability, and support. We do not currently sell personal data or use it for advertising tracking.

4. 04What your partner sees

   Your connected partner can see your nickname, send status, audio, shared records, gardens, progress, and inventory. This data is not public.

5. 05Service providers

   We may use Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and App Check, plus Apple or Google login. Those providers process required information under their own policies.

6. 06Retention and disconnecting

   Data is kept while the account and couple connection are active. Disconnecting freezes shared records for 30 days and only the same two accounts can recover them. After 30 days, or when either person starts a new couple connection, the previous shared records become unrecoverable. Legal retention duties may apply separately.

7. 07Account deletion

   Account deletion is separate from disconnecting. It permanently deletes the account and personal profile, nickname, audio, push token, and related personal data, and ends the current couple connection. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

8. 08Your choices

   You can review or edit profile information and request disconnecting or account deletion from Settings. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing.

9. 09Security and age

   We protect data in transit and storage, limit access, and use abuse-prevention controls. The service is not directed to children under 14.

10. 10Updates and contact
