   같은 날 두 사람의 목소리가 모두 전송되면 꽃이 한 번 성장합니다. 한 사람만 보낸 날에는 기록은 남지만 꽃은 성장하지 않습니다.

3. 03다른 정원을 보고 있을 때 보내면 어디에 쌓이나요?

   그날 먼저 목소리를 보낸 시점의 정원이 오늘의 성장 정원이 됩니다. 전송 후에는 “오늘의 목소리는 ○○ 정원에 쌓였어요” 안내가 잠시 표시됩니다.

4. 04앱을 지우거나 로그아웃하면 기록도 사라지나요?

   전송을 마친 목소리와 공유 기록은 서버에 보관되므로 단순 로그아웃이나 앱 삭제로 바로 사라지지 않습니다. 아직 전송하지 않은 기기 안의 임시 녹음은 사라질 수 있습니다.

5. 05커플 연결을 끊었다가 복구할 수 있나요?

   연결을 끊으면 즉시 공유가 끝나고 기록은 30일 동안 보관됩니다. 그 기간에는 같은 두 계정끼리만 복구할 수 있으며, 둘 중 한 명이라도 새 커플 연결을 시작하면 이전 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.

6. 06알림이나 녹음이 작동하지 않아요.

   기기 설정에서 마이크와 알림 권한을 확인해 주세요. 계속 문제가 생기면 기기 모델, 운영체제와 앱 버전, 문제가 발생한 화면을 적어 문의해 주세요.

1. 01How often and how long can I record?

   Each person can send one voice message per day, up to three minutes. The daily recording state resets when the local date changes.

2. 02When does a flower grow?

   A flower advances once both people have sent their voice message for the same day. A single message remains in the record but does not grow the flower.

3. 03Which garden receives today’s growth?

   The garden visible when the first voice is sent becomes the growth garden for that day. A brief confirmation tells you where the day was added.

4. 04Does signing out or deleting the app erase records?

   Sent voices and shared records remain on the service. An unsent draft stored only on the device may disappear.

5. 05Can a disconnected couple recover?

   Shared records are frozen for 30 days. Only the same two accounts can recover them, and starting a new couple connection makes the previous records unrecoverable.

6. 06Recording or notifications are not working.

   Check microphone and notification permissions in device settings. If the issue continues, email us with the device model, OS version, app version, and the screen where it occurred.
