1. 01서비스와 이용 자격

   우리의 꽃은 두 사람이 목소리를 주고받고 하나의 정원을 함께 키우는 서비스입니다. 사용자는 만 14세 이상이어야 하며 본인이 관리할 수 있는 계정으로 이용해야 합니다.

2. 02계정과 커플 연결

   한 계정은 한 시점에 하나의 커플 연결만 유지할 수 있습니다. 초대 코드를 공유하거나 입력해 연결하며, 연결된 두 사람은 정원·기록·꽃·아이템 등 커플 단위 데이터를 함께 사용합니다.

3. 03목소리 기록

   사용자는 자신이 전송할 권리가 있는 내용만 기록해야 합니다. 상대방의 권리, 사생활 또는 법령을 침해하는 내용을 보내서는 안 됩니다. 전송한 목소리는 연결된 상대방이 듣고 기록 화면에서 다시 재생할 수 있습니다.

4. 04연결 해제와 복구

   연결 해제는 즉시 커플 공유를 종료합니다. 공유 기록은 30일 동안 동결되며 같은 두 계정끼리만 복구할 수 있습니다. 그 기간에 한 명이라도 새 커플 연결을 시작하면 이전 기록의 복구 권리는 사라집니다.

5. 05회원 탈퇴

   회원 탈퇴는 별도 메뉴에서 진행하며 계정과 개인 데이터를 영구 삭제합니다. 탈퇴와 함께 현재 커플 연결이 종료되고 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

6. 06꽃, 정원, 잎과 아이템

   구매한 꽃과 정원은 해당 커플이 공동으로 영구 보유하고, 성장 도구 등 소모성 아이템은 사용 시 차감됩니다. 잎과 유료 상품, 광고 보상 등 구체적인 결제 정책은 출시 전 확정되며 실제 판매가 시작될 때 가격과 조건을 별도로 표시합니다.

7. 07서비스 변경과 중단

   안정적인 운영, 보안, 법령 준수 또는 제품 개선을 위해 기능을 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 합리적인 방법으로 미리 알립니다.

8. 08지식재산권과 책임

   앱의 코드, 디자인, 문구와 기본 시각 자산의 권리는 East Noise에 있습니다. 사용자가 만든 음성의 권리는 해당 사용자에게 있습니다. 천재지변, 통신 장애 또는 사용자의 기기·계정 관리로 발생한 손해에는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.

9. 09약관 변경과 문의

   법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 약관을 갱신할 수 있으며 시행일을 이 페이지에 표시합니다. 문의: eastnoise26@gmail.com

1. 01Service and eligibility

   Our Flower lets two people exchange voice messages and grow one shared garden. Users must be at least 14 and use an account they control.

2. 02Accounts and connections

   An account may have one couple connection at a time. Two people connect with an invite code and share couple-level gardens, records, flowers, and items.

3. 03Voice records

   You may send only content you have the right to share and must not violate another person’s privacy, rights, or applicable law. Your connected partner can listen to sent voices and replay them from the record.

4. 04Disconnecting and recovery

   Disconnecting ends sharing immediately. Records are frozen for 30 days and recoverable only by the same two accounts. A new couple connection by either person ends recovery eligibility.

5. 05Account deletion

   Account deletion is available separately and permanently removes the account and personal data. It also ends the current couple connection, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. 06Flowers, gardens, leaves, and items

   Purchased flowers and gardens are permanently shared by the couple. Consumable growth items are deducted when used. Pricing, leaf purchases, and rewarded ads will be finalized and shown before any paid release.

7. 07Changes and availability

   We may change or pause features for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product improvement, with reasonable notice for material changes.

8. 08Intellectual property and liability

   East Noise owns the app code, design, copy, and default visual assets. Users retain rights in their recordings. Liability may be limited to the extent allowed by law for events outside our control or caused by device and account management.

9. 09Updates and contact
